About the role


Aura is looking for a Full-Stack Developer to join our highly skilled full-stack agile team, work in high velocity, and deliver great quality on a daily basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement and innovate features using cutting-edge technologies
  • Develop and design major features as well as build new services from scratch
  • Work closely with the product, architects, DevOps, and automation teams
  • Develop & implement tests for ensuring the quality, performance & scalability of our products
  • Architect, develop and maintain high performance, resilient UI using React.js
  • Work with UX team to translate the design into reusable and accessible components using our existing design system

Requirements:

  • +2 years of experience with web development in React
  • +2 years of experience with backend development in Node.js
  • Practical experience in the design and architecture of large-scale systems
  • Write understandable, testable code with an eye toward maintainability
  • Great interpersonal, self-learning and teamwork (!) skills
  • Ability to work at a high level of autonomy
  • Upper-Intermediate (B2) English level
  • Ability to work together with your team from coworking space at least once a week

Nice-to-haves:

  • Working knowledge of databases (MySQL, MemSQL, Redis, PostgreSQL)
  • Application security knowledge (CSRF, SQL injections, XSS, JWT, etc.)
  • Awareness of microservice architectures
  • Experience with AWS services (Cognito, S3, Dynamo, SNS)
