About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development/Sales Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential customers, and closing sales deals. Additionally, you will work closely with the Account Management and Recruitment teams to ensure seamless collaboration.


  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs
  • Establish rapport with potential clients through effective communication
  • Pitch company services and its UVP to prospects
  • Maintain an updated CRM system
  • Create quotes and proposals that address client objectives
  • Ensure the achievement of business development goals
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with new clients, including post-sale communication


  • Proven experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or similar role in an outsourcing/outstaffing business in the IT industry
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English (C1+)
  • Excellent pitching, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Experience using at least one of the following CRMs: Hubspot, Zoho, Sugar CRM, Salesforce
  • Proficiency with Zoom and Google Services (Gmail, Google Meet, Calendar, Sheets, Docs, Drive)
  • Positive attitude, problem-solving abilities, and a friendly demeanor

Nice to have:

  • Experience working with the Israeli market
  • Ability to customize a CRM based on specific needs and sales pipeline peculiarities
  • Successful track record in account management roles
  • Familiarity with additional automation tools/extensions such as Octopus CRM or others
  • Basic understanding of venture capital financing
  • Genuine interest in business development, sales, marketing, and process improvement
