Luni publishes and operates these apps independently rather than working as an agency for external clients. Projects are organized into different internal studios, each focused on a specific app type, such as fitness or astrology.Luni has made significant strides in app development, with 915,949 monthly app downloads, primarily through iOS. Some of their most popular apps include Scanner, Video Editor, and Weather Pro. Their top-grossing app last month was Scanner, which was also the most downloaded.
About the role

We are seeking a Middle Creative Strategist to join our team and contribute to the development of impactful advertising campaigns for gaming and mobile applications. This role demands a proactive individual with a deep understanding of creative trends, performance metrics, and hands-on involvement in strategy development. You’ll work closely with a team based in France, requiring fluent English proficiency for effective collaboration and communication.


Responsibilities:


  • Create Detailed Briefs: Craft clear and actionable creative briefs to guide production teams in developing engaging ads
  • Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of market trends, competitive benchmarks, and platform-specific creative innovations to identify opportunities for impactful campaigns
  • Team Guidance: Collaborate with and support Creative Producers to ensure campaigns align with strategic goals and deliver high performance
  • Performance Evaluation: Analyze ad performance metrics, refine creative strategies, and leverage insights to optimize future campaigns

Requirements:


  • 3+ experience in a gaming or mobile app company
  • Expertise in trend analysis, competitive benchmarking, and ad performance evaluation
  • Strong understanding of KPIs and metrics essential for evaluating creative effectiveness
  • Fluent in English to ensure seamless communication across teams

Nice-to-haves:


  • Strong visual sense for ideating and critiquing content creation
  • Familiarity with analytics tools like Sensor Tower or Ads Library

Role expectations:


  • Hands-On Involvement: The role requires active participation in ideation, strategy development, and creative brief creation to guide Creative Producers effectively
  • Minimal Managerial Component: While leadership is required, the role primarily focuses on strategy and execution rather than team management
