About the role

On The Spot Development invites a talented and result-driven Account Manager / Customer Success Manager to join our in-house team.


  • Active communication with key customers, regular health-check calls and email correspondence
  • Coordination of R&D team policies and budgets with customers (infrastructure, benefits, salaries), monitoring their implementation
  • Close interaction with Recruiting and HR departments
  • Assistance in the process of opening new vacancies, requirements collection and communication, reporting on hiring progress and results
  • Organization of employees' business trips to the EU and Israel
  • Coordination and control over events organization at customer's requests
  • Document flow management


  • Fluent spoken and written English (C1+) is a must
  • Successful experience in customer-facing roles (e.g. Account Manager, BDM or Sales Manager/ Assistant) - 1+ year
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • A fast learner with the ability to work in a changing environment
  • A great negotiator who is keen on seeking win-win solutions
  • Independence, high level of responsibility and proactivity
  • Exceptional attention to detail and good time management

Language skills:

  • English — Advanced
  • Russian — Native
