About the role

We are seeking a visionary and experienced Director to spearhead the development of the runtime sensor component. This key role involves establishing and leading a specialized team in Poland, overseeing the development lifecycle of the agent runtime component, and working in close collaboration with our headquarters in Israel to align with our global strategic goals.


Responsibilities:


  • Strategic Leadership and Team Development: Build and lead a Poland-based development team with expertise in Linux development, cybersecurity, and eBPF, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration
  • Project Oversight: Direct the planning, execution, and management of the agent runtime component, emphasizing Linux and cybersecurity best practices
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with the headquarters in Israel and other global teams to ensure development aligns with the company's worldwide objectives
  • Mentoring and Talent Development: Provide technical mentorship, focusing on Linux low-level development, cybersecurity, and eBPF, while fostering professional growth among team members
  • Budget and Resource Optimization: Manage budget and resources effectively, prioritizing Linux and cybersecurity developments

Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven management experience in software development, particularly in Linux-based and cybersecurity-focused environments
  • Deep knowledge and practical experience with eBPF is a plus
  • Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP), with a strong emphasis on security is a plus
  • Proficient in Agile methodologies and project management
  • Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Strong communication skills, capable of effectively collaborating with international teams
