About the role

The QA Specialist understands the company products, executes testing according to the test plan and provides the relevant, accurate test results and feedback to the client. Additionally, from time to time the daily routine includes communication with the business side: Account Managers, Growth team, Product and R&D.


It is expected of him/her to be an initiative person, independent, passionate and a pro-active player.



Responsibilities:


  • Perform quality check-ups and manual testing of the main product — HTML ads
  • Provide support for clients, investigate and escalate their issues where it is needed
  • Collaborate with R&D, product and business teams when needed/required
  • Participate in activities related to improvement of internal/external tools/processes/products

Requirements:


  • 0.5+ year experience on a similar Mobile Manual QA role
  • Proven strong technical and debugging skills, attentive to details, out-of-the-box thinker
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Proactive and good team player
  • Confident communication skills
  • Upper-Intermediate English level — both written and verbal communication skills (English is a primary language in our daily workflow)

Nice-to-haves:


  • Familiarity with Charles Proxy or other logging tools
  • Customer Support or Customer Success experience at any level
  • Independent, self-learner
  • Solid understanding of Mobile testing on Android and iOS devices
  • Interested in continuous learning and new technologies
  • Experience in writing and executing Test plans on any test management tool
