About the role

Seeking a proactive PR & Content Marketing Specialist to join our team. The role involves creating website content, assisting the marketing team, organizing events, leading social media, and engaging with tech communities and media to boost our company's visibility. Candidates should have a strong background in content marketing, lead generation, and experience collaborating with tech people and communities.


  • Develop and optimize content for the company website,
  • Assist in organizing internal and external events,
  • Take charge of social media marketing efforts on LinkedIn and Instagram,
  • Foster connections with tech communities.
  • Lead the management and promotion of events across multiple channels, such as IT calendars, social media, and tech communities.
  • Proactively engage with the media to boost the company's visibility and outreach.
  • Update the core company presentation to ensure it aligns with current messaging and branding standards.
  • Enhance presentations featuring successful case studies to effectively showcase our achievements.
  • Manage company listings on platforms like Clutch to maintain accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Conduct a thorough analysis of the market environment, integrating competitive intelligence to gain insights into industry strategies.
  • Review and refine our Unique Value Proposition (UVP), templates, and lead generation sequences.
  • Generate articles for the company blog, demonstrating industry expertise and thought leadership.
  • Create new success case studies to showcase our achievements.
  • Execute and manage LinkedIn, Facebook Ad, and Google Ad campaigns to enhance reach, lead generation, and vacancy promotion.


  • Proven experience in content marketing.
  • Understanding of lead generation strategies.
  • Proficiency with various content creation tools and platforms.
  • Experience with Tilda and other drag-and-drop website tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing campaigns.
  • The ability to set and accomplish tasks independently, supporting the process with project management tools (Trello, Asana, Jira)
