About the role


Orca Security’s Integration team is growing and looking for talented Python engineer to join our global team. Together we will build the next generation of Web & API Security products as part of Orca’s one-stop-shop for cloud security solutions. If you’re a team player, looking to be part of a fast-growing heavily funded startup company, and solve complex technical challenges while using state-of-the-art technologies on a product built from scratch — it's match!

Responsibilities:
  • Develop, deploy, and maintain integration processes between Orca’s REST API and client applications;
  • Write code that meets the production requirements and design specifications and anticipate potential errors/issue;
  • Work with your Orca’s teammates to design and prototype potential integrations.

Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in developing commercial applications in Python;
  • Experience with Django or any other Python framework;
  • Knowledge and experience in developing or interacting with REST API;
  • Experience in writing unit and integration tests;
  • Solid analytical and troubleshooting abilities;
  • Team player mindset;
  • English level — Intermediate (B1).

Nice-to-haves:
  • Hands-on experience with data driven design architecture;
  • Experience with AWS services or any other cloud provider;
  • Front-end Development experience in React;
  • Understanding of CI/CD cycle, supporting the configuration;
  • Experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence) and GitHub.
