About the role

We are on the hunt for a Manual QA Engineer to play a pivotal role in building and maintaining our products architecture. A person who is passionate about making a tangible impact with a keen eye on product and exceptional business outcomes.


We expect the tester to be involved in all stages of development, starting from understanding the requirements to the deployment process. Our engineers work closely with the product owner to create high-value and scalable solutions that are a competitive advantage for Sedric.


Responsibilities:


  • Design, develop, and execute manual testing of SaaS web-based applications to ensure functionality, usability, and performance.
  • Apply advanced testing methodologies to identify, document, and track defects, test plans and test cases.
  • Collaborate closely with the technological product team to understand product requirements and deliver high-quality results.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to improve product quality and user experience.

Requirements:


  • 5+ years of experience in manual testing of SaaS web-based applications.
  • Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Strong product understanding skills with the ability to identify potential issues and areas for improvement.
  • Experience working closely with product teams in an Agile development environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Highly organized, analytical, and possessing critical thinking abilities.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with test frameworks is a bonus.
