We are looking for a React Developer for a product who is building the most realistic AI characters to talk to, with high EQ, long-term memory and nuanced social awareness.

Our candidate should have a great eye for UI design. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience, designing and implementing new feature releases and bringing our ecosystem of AI characters to life.

Requirements:

• Strong portfolio of projects that showcase your React/ React Native dev skills
• 2+ years of hands-on development experience
• Exceptional eye for design and details
• A professional level of English at a B2+ level
• Strong understanding of modern web and app development best practices as well as use of AI dev tools
• An enthusiast of AI and its possibilities, coupled with a natural engineering curiosity
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively

Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the development of our web platform's front-end written in React, ensuring smooth, intuitive user interactions
• Develop our mobile app in React Native using Expo
• Work closely with the founders and engineering team to understand analytics and translate learnings into design and UX improvements
• Regularly and rapidly iterate and enhance the platform's aesthetic and functionality based on new feature releases and user feedback
• Incorporate the latest in web/browser technologies and AI tools into your workflow ensuring maximum efficiency and speed of innovation
