About the role

Supersonic (by Unity) is looking for a talented Social Acquisition Manager to join our in-house Superworks creative team. This person will work closely with the Growth Managers to achieve company goals.

This is an opportunity to join a dynamic UA team and carry out end to end marketing campaigns. You’ll be expected to be data driven and to be able to make challenging decisions regarding campaigns and creativity.

  • Track, report, and analyze user acquisition initiatives and campaigns
  • Monitor key performance indicators of advertising campaigns to measure profitability
  • Optimize acquisition efforts by analyzing marketing trends, testing new targeting segments and insights implementation
  • Analyze performance and engagement to drive actionable insights


  • Passion about online marketing and understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online user acquisition
  • BA/BSc, preferably in a quantitative field
  • English at Upper-Intermediate level
  • At least 2 years experience in mobile application User Acquisition preferably in Facebook, Google Ads, Apple Search, TikTok Ads and Snapchat
  • Experience in analyzing large data sets and delivering actionable insights
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Attention to details and ability to prioritize
  • Good understanding of building successful campaigns, 3rd-party mobile attribution tracking, and campaign optimization
  • Highly motivated and hungry to learn within a fast-paced environment
  • Think “out of the box” and bring new innovative ideas to the team's portfolio
