About the role

We are seeking a talented and driven Senior Product Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting intuitive and visually compelling user experiences that address complex security challenges. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and AI specialists, to design solutions that inform, engage, and empower our customers.


Responsibilities:


  • Design user interfaces and workflows that effectively communicate security insights, prioritize threats, and guide remediation efforts.
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate customer needs into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Develop interactive elements to enable customers to ask questions, drill down into specific threat contexts, and explore investigative data.
  • Incorporate feedback from usability testing to refine and improve designs.
  • Balance aesthetic design with functionality, ensuring clarity in complex technical domains.
  • Be on the “cutting edge” of AI design patterns. Working with AI and security experts to design an AI-enabled experience beyond the chat box.
  • Advocate for user-centric design principles in a fast-paced, iterative development environment.
  • Take initiative to explore “out of the box” new ideas and thrive in an environment of ambiguity.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as a Senior Product Designer or similar role in the tech industry from 5 years.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UX/UI design, especially for complex or data-rich applications.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies (React/Tailwind experience is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Awareness of the newest trends, and a drive to stay on the cutting edge.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and iterate based on feedback.
