About the role

Orca Security is building a challenging, interesting, and a high pace evolving product that is changing the cloud-security landscape. As an Automation QA Engineer, you will be a part of our team which helps to test the product to make user experience better and mitigate issues in the production environment. You will be able to help to improve team processes with automation testing on different layers.


Activities you'll be responsible for:


  • Introduce new features and improve the test automation framework;
  • Setup and support processes for developer teams with automation testing;
  • Develop new E2E tests on different frameworks (UI/BE);
  • Create and update test documentation;
  • Communicate with Product, Design and Development (FE, BE) teams;
  • Work with CI/CD tools;
  • Work with Cloud providers;
  • Work with monitoring tools;
  • Participate in scrum ceremonies.

Skills we expect you to possess:


  • 5+ years of experience in automation testing;
  • Python proficient hands-on experience;
  • Ready to work with different languages when needed;
  • Experience with any Selenium framework (knowledge of Playwright is a huge plus);
  • Experience with any Testing framework;
  • Solid hands-on experience with any CI/CD tool (setup, configuration, support, debug);
  • Experience with REST API testing (GraphQL is a plus);
  • Good knowledge of version control systems (Git, etc);
  • Readiness to work on DevOps tasks (setup and support CI/CD pipelines related to test automation, configure new Cloud Provider accounts with specific assets, etc);
  • Hands-on experience with any cloud provider;
  • Knowledge of Scrum;
  • English level B1 and higher;
  • Written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to work in distributed teams;
  • You are highly motivated and a real team player.
