About the role

We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to monitor our different communication channels (Slack, Intercom, Email) for any questions customers may have regarding the Lumigo platform and tools.

This role is a dedicated night, weekends and holidays shift. Shift from Sunday to Thursday begins from 9 p.m to 9 a.m (GMT+3). Shift start time varies on weekends and holidays.


  • Become a Lumigo product expert and a customer advocate;
  • Answer inbound Support requests about Lumigo’s platform;
  • Report and monitor product bugs escalated to engineering;
  • Manage the customer feedback process — including triaging requests and working with products to provide updates on the request status.


  • Technical background;
  • Fluency in English (C1+);
  • Experience in debugging systems and reproducing issues;
  • Excellent communication with the ability to manage customer expectations.


  • 1-2+ years of customer support, technical support, or related customer-facing role;
  • AWS experience.
