About the role


Сycode is looking for a skilled WordPress developer to build attractive and functional websites. You will be responsible for both back-end and front-end development, as well as site integration and security updates.

Our perfect candidate match has in-depth knowledge of front-end development, a good eye for aesthetics, strong content management skills, and knows how to create attractive, user-friendly websites that perfectly meet the design and functionality specifications of the client.

Responsibilities:

  • Hold meetings with clients to discuss website design and function.
  • Design and build the website front-end.
  • Create the website architecture.
  • Design and manage the website back-end including database and server integration.
  • Generate WordPress themes and plugins.
  • Conduct website performance tests.
  • Solve content troubleshootings
  • Monitor live website performance

Requirements:

  • 1+ years' experience as a WordPress developer
  • Knowledge of front-end technologies including CSS3, JavaScript, HTML5, and jQuery.
  • Knowledge of code versioning tools including Git.
  • Experience working with debugging tools such as Chrome Inspector and Firebug.
  • Good understanding of website architecture and aesthetics.
  • Ability to manage projects.
  • Good communication skills.
